Shipping & Returns

Standard US shipping is $15 via USPS with signature required on delivery. In-stock items are dispatched from our Del Mar, California gallery within five business days. Resizing or special finishes may take up to three weeks (two weeks for labor, one week for shipping).

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition and packaging, for a refund (less shipping) or a gift card for the full amount. Custom pieces and earrings (for hygiene reasons) aren't eligible for return. To arrange a return contact us at connect@mieusa.com
